totally expected the scale to be high this morning because I drank (a lot) yesterday, and ate inflammatory foods. all good. back to my plan from tomorrow because it's still my birthday weekend and there is a leftover lemon meringue with my name on it 💪🏼🤸🧚🧜🎉👌🏼🥧🌈
