I deserved that this week, my diet has been far from good. It was a mental week, by the end of it I was totally exhausted. I had one 15 hour work day, followed by what should have been an easier day which wasn't by any means. Then worked at home most of the weekend. I need to factor in a bit more down time. I did use sugar to get me through, I need to find another way of getting the instant energy boost that keeps me going, or just find enough hours for sleep.
