My weight just continues to flail about. I'm not as disturbed as last time. I have been less enthusiastic about my diet, and I think that has an effect on the scale... I do admit it's frustrating that my calories burned remain higher than calories consumed, and still i gain, but I quit trying to understand it.
Also, I have noticed emotional baggage literally adds weight. My mom had hip surgery today, and everything went fine (yea!), but it's a stressful time nonetheless.
Bottom line (no pun intended:) I need to get back on track - more diligence with diet & more involved with exercise. If you (my FS pals) weren't here, I'd likely do my usual - fade back into old self-sabotaging routine...but I feel thankful for the kick in the a*# ya'll's existence makes me feel. Nite:)
