I was surprised that I lost over a pound but totally pumped. I just hope I keep on losing. God has been with me and given me self control ove what I WANT to eat but I'm hanging in there and it's getting easier. I walked 1.6 miles this morning in 26 minutes. It would have been faster but the hill I have to go up takes time pushing a stroller. Hope to have a great day. Probably take Jonny to Dr cause he's still running a fever, so don't know if I'll get to walk again. Well I'll probably gain back a pound or so because I was so hungry at dinner. I ate I don't know for sure how much taco meat on a bed of lettuce.No chips except for the wheat tortilla I made into chips. I also an Atkins bar for my sweet tooth. I hope this didn't put me back too far tomorrow.I don't think I'll get much excercising tomorrow. Jonny has to go to the doc in the morning.He's been running a hi temp all day. I think it broke right before I put him to bed. Hope for a great day tomorrow.
