yup! 159! I feel really motivated to keep going. I will make it to 137. It is attainable! Slow and steady will win the race. I feel so humbled to go through this. People will see me at the end, and wont know how I got to that point. It was with determination, sweat, tears, giving up just to start trying again and again. Now, when I look at before and after pictures of people who lost alot of weight, I see a little more in that person. It says something about them. They definitely didn't want to give up on life. And they was brave enough to go through the process. A lot of people aren't that brave....so buddies I am very proud of you!!
