Day 5 of fasting. Not lie, it has been hard sometimes but not for long. Sometimes I think I’m hungry because I smell food, but water and tea make the trick. Yesterday my meal was around 8:30-9pm, today Around 7pm I ate a third of chicken strip from Canes coz my son didn’t wanted it, and I didn’t want to throw it away. Finally got home around 10pm got half grilled fish, half of avocado wrap it up on a flour tortilla (6carbs each) and some left over green beans. Soooooo good. A cup of star anise tea and its bed time. I think this is the first day in a week I am going to bed before 2am. Progress. Tomorrow unfortunately I have to eat earlier. So it won’t be 24hr fasting, but maybe about 20. I like to eat around 6-7 pm. It the only meal I get so I like to make it count.
