Diario de Brissiam76, 15 dic. 19

Well. Yesterday broke the 11 day straight of fasting. And it’s ok. I ate what I wanted. All day. Didn’t even try to low the Calories. I did exercise, so ... kid of evens out. And Still target my calorie intake.
Today breakfast was 2 slices of Brie (like my name, but your know, the cheese) it was baked with some kind of pastry, and nuts in the middle. Super good, oh and Back coffee. That’s all for today. I’m not hungry 😂 still full for all the food I ate yesterday.
96,0 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 15,4 kg.    Aún para ir: 32,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
