I weighed myself before we left for Hawaii, and I was 201 point something. I made a mental note instead of logging it. So, it seems over the whole week of debauchery and reckless abandone, I gained 2 pounds. I stayed very active, until I hurt my foot on a hike, then just ignored the injury and soldiered on. Obviosly making it worse! So, walking is painful (It is really just a huge blister on the bottom of my foot between my toes where the flip flop thong goes, ridiculously painful!) But we are back safe and now I can be a little more disciplined and hopefully recover on the walking front. Hope everyone had a Wonderful Christmas and/or Hanukkah. Here comes New Years!
