Hi everyone, hope you all had a wonderful festive season.
This must be a first for me: that I come back from holiday actually having lost weight. I am really happy as I did not eat very healthy, but did try overall to watch my portion sizes. This is a great start to the year, and I am looking forward to keeping this up (or should I say down).
