Diario de Lepardldy, 06 ene. 20

Today I have a follow-up appointment with my RNY surgeon's office. I'm almost 17mo post op. I admit I'm frustrated with myself because I am up 10 lbs from my one yr check up!! I know this is completely normal, but I really didn't want to go in with a gain!! Not to my goal and am frustrated with myself. However, I'm back on the right track... Maintenance is a new beast for me!!! I'm learning to talk to myself with same compassion I would a friend, accepting myself and the fact that I'm not perfect. Also, trying to celebrate the giant success that I have already had and be present in that gratitude!!
76,6 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 103,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 1,7 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
