Good news - 19 lbs's to go! Bad news, but good in the end...I am going in for surgery in 3 weeks. I have to get what is called SI Joint Fusion done, been living in pain for over 4 yrs now and this surgery is to take care of it. I am keeping my fingers crossed because I am so sick of being in pain and it's only getting worse. It's to the point when it flares up the pain is making so sick that I want to throw up. I have a very high tolerance to pain, but after 4 yrs of it, I'm just sick of it. I will be off work for at least 2 weeks maybe a little longer. Wish me luck!!!

You are doing great and a good time to get this taken care of. You know what to do to maintain and then you will feel like a new person (after the healing process) and that weight will finish sliding off of you.

Sorry you have to have surgery to fix pain but glad that you know it will fix it for good. Take care - you are really doing well!
