I went to the gym today for the first time after mom passed away and did all the exercises I would normally do.

I attemped to go on Friday, but it was just too much for me. I miss my mother way too much. I think it is going to be quite a while before I feel "normal" about her passing. She was everything to me!

Everything I am and what I do, I learned from my mom and dad. I owe everything to them. I love them both so dearly and I know that dad is going through hell right now and I wish I could see him. He is in Edmonton with my sister Holly who just had her baby yesterday. Poor girl wasn't able to come to mom's funeral because she was due with her baby and the doctors needed to induce her. Her gestational diabetes was just too much and she needed immediate medical attention.

I feel as though the family wheel has stopped turning for a while. It's been very difficult.
