Frustrated! 6 days of hard boiled eggs, veggies, fruits, and chicken plus walked 1/2 mile 3 days and only down 1 pound!! What am I doing wrong?

It could be a list of things. The trials and tribulations with all of us being different. 1. The diet your on isn't for you. 2. Since you're not obese you're not going to lose a drastic amount of weight as someone who is. Like when you see losing 5 pounds a week or so. 3. 1 to 2 pounds a week is normal for someone of your weight. 4. 1 pound isn't bad at all and you're doing good. Doing your work outs and eating right, making sure you hydrate, will do it. It will take time though. I know it get's frustrating, especially if you plateau and don't lose anything, but a pound of fat is a lot of fat. It really is. You did a great job this week.

I aim for 1 1/2 pounds a week. 10 weeks to lose 15 pounds. I joined a challenge to walk at least a mile a day. So I am walking 6-7 times a week (would be 7 if it weren't for the rainy days) at least a mile and usually 2-5 miles. You may not have time to do walk that much, but I do since I am retired. The diet sounds healthy!
