Looks like no one can escape from weight gain even with a fast metabolism, over did it at Nando's with the unlimited frozen yoghurt refills and the Xmas tree cheesecake from Iceland, it was so good lol and my mother's cooking during feasts for gatherings, getting back on track next week.

93 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 26 kg.    Aún para ir: 33 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
