I was in class all week, didn't get to the gym all week. I watched my deit, within reason.....ok I just had a lazy week. I was overwehlmed with work and school. I am on my way to gaining my weight, but I am afraid, this week was bad weight. I will be in the gym doing an hour of cardio a day this week, then it's off to Turkey for a week vacation.....so there goes another week of nothing. I am reasonable enough to watch my diet, even on vacation.
