.8 is a normal fluctutation. I would not stress about it. Justykeep doing the right things! 

I went to the hospital today and found out that my scale is out by 1.6 pounds at home!!! Wow! This means that I haven't gained weight, I am actually LOSING weight! lol..... 

What great news for you! I could never tell.... I drink a lot of water - it's still 100 degrees outside during the day! -- I only weigh myself in the morning, wearing the same thing, and after I use the potty. That way I get a clean weight without anything to throw it off every day. When I do my weigh in later in the day - after work at the doctors office, I've always gained 2-3 lbs. but it is always off when I use my scale in the AM.  

By the way, I hope you're okay, I didn't even ask.
