Diario de Paendrag, 22 ene. 20

I haven't be here in a while... after I joined the boot camp, I started making great progress. I got back down to 300. Then the camp moved to a new location that made it difficult to keep attending. So I started working out alone and occasionally with some co-workers. I made it to 290, then the car accident happened. 3 broke ribs put me out of commission for 6 months... By the time I got approval from my doctor to return to the gym, I had lost momentum and motivation. Then my personal life took a dive and depression set it, which made it things worse.

It's been a little more than 3 years since the accident, and I have finally crawled out of that dark place. I am beginning to make progress once again. So here I am. I believe my start weight on January 1 was just under 400; I am not sure because I avoided the scales, but based on my last doctors visit, that should be close.

So, here I am desperately hoping this all works this time.
