Have not done a weigh in this week as it has been Bridal Showers and celebrations and I know I ate things that were not good for the waist line 🤣🤣 ... 3 weeks to the first wedding and I need to stay on track 🙈 ... Don’t know why but I am craving sweet things at the moment, have not caved, drinking lots of water and staying away from unhealthy carbs... just hope these cravings go away soon 🙃
