No weight movement today. I ate sushi and chocolate last night before bed.
94,3 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 10,9 kg.    Aún para ir: 17,7 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

sushi and chocolate in one day? Sounds like HEAVEN. Sushi is usually healthy if it is the good stuff. :0)

The chocolate was pure and it was 85%. It really wasn't sweet at all, but I did like the taste of the chocolate. My husband surprised me by bringing home some sushi while my daughter was here visiting. It was very good sushi from a very good store. High quality. I had some yesterday that was left over and it was delish. I still had a 1-pound drop. I'm watching my calories. I experiment and I know what I can do and what I can't. You've got to know your own body. Don't go by what anyone else says.
