Intermittent fasting every day. lunch at 12 and supper at 5. No snacks in the evening and only coffee in the morning. I think that's what's helping me. I stay between 800 and 1000 calories everyday. I was in a stall for weeks and now I'm consistently losing something everyday. I'll take whatever I can get.

Draglist, my doctor is the one who suggested I do Keto and stay under 800 calories. The whole office is big on keto low carbs. The only thing they tell me is eat a lot of protein.

Supper at 5? Do you get to bed early? 8/9PM? Just wondering how many hours you leave between eating and sleeping.

Jikey, we usually get to bed by 11:30. Our dinner is big enough that I'm not hungry in th evening. We get up around 8:30. No hard for me to wait until noon to eat.

Thank you Rosio and liv, I'm trying to make good choices with food and hoping to do some exercise along with it. The intermittent fasting is working well for me. You guys are the best! 💙👍😍💝🌴
