I am holding lots of water and very swollen. I did not take a water pill for 3 days during my ER stay and two days of doctor visits. Back taking meds again today.

JC, binky, fritzy, thank you girls for your support. I took my water pill yesterday and this morning I weigh 206. JC I have some HCTZ but I can't remember what I take it for. I should say took it for. I've had it for a long time. I guess I better look it up and see what it's used for. Seems to me it's something with the hormones. 💙💙😁😍🏖.

5'9' here. When I was working and standing/sitting at a desk, and emptying my snack drawer regularly, my ankles and feet were swollen every day. One day, first snow of the season, I couldn't zip up my boots and was horrified. I know how you feel, Skinnyminilinny!

TY Miraculum my friend, we are all different with different lifestyles, sizes, & health issues. I can't eat food that has been salted, or I swell really bad. I just eat very simply b/c I have many food allergies. I've tried keto many times w/o understanding the process and failed. Now I count calories, cut sugar and starch carbs, no grains, little dairy & try to get enough protien. I prefer nutrient dense food over fats & sweets. I don't typically stress eat, (except with my dead toe), I love coffee but don't drink it everyday. If I stay between 800-1000 calories daily I lose weight. Over that, I stall. That's me, Miraculum.💙
