My boss came to work sick and my nose started running yesterday. Last night, after supper, I really needed more food. I upped my calorie allotment to maintenance and had a banana, yogurt, strawberry smoothie. I also slept 10 hours last night. No running nose today. Hope I bumped my immune system enough.
Not sure what I'll do about calories today. I'll see how it goes.
