Feeling extremely bloated, probably the side affects of having a period and my mum who can't stop putting too much oil in our home cooked food, gives me heartburn and inflamed skin, even when you recommend using fry light, scales keep going back and forth from 93-96kg 😂 even when you're in your calorie limit.
Time to buy some new scales. Going back on track tomorrow, grilling the chicken tonight 👍🏻 I miss exercising and gaming can be such a drug, need to find a balance on playing the PS4 and being in a food coma on the bed/sofa most of the time. Trapped gas is not a pleasant feeling. Staying away from carbs again, I was doing much better without it. All those pitta breads make me feel so constipated when I already suffer from IBS.

Hmm the reason why I drink too much water because I think I'm gonna choke on my food lol which has happened before, it's some sort of gag reflex. Hopefully this bloated/water weight shall go in a few days 👍🏻

Chestnut, I do Zumba, Weight training, Those Just Dance games on PS4 they have a workout sweat mode on them, taking hourly walks in the park but yeah I love to dance! 😃
