Ok, with all the drama and stress and the poor eating-- I am over all pleased with a 2 lbs. loss! I wish I had had better judgement and decision making but, the fact I am down shows Iam doing something right. I am making an effort to move more and watch less tv. I havent missed the tv quite frankly, so this part has no been hard.
When I lose 5 more pounds Iam going to get myself some spiffy new shoes for working out. The yoga is still kicking my booty a little bit, but that is good.
I would very much like to start the couch to 5k program, but really the weather has got to cool down. I am already all red and ready to pass out in my ac house, so the oppurtunity for passing out in front of strangers is very near and dear to my heart. Once South Louisiana decides it is fall, I will start the regimen. Wish I could find a work out buddy to do this with. In the past I have found some who wanted to do a little, but mainly wanted to compain and be negative. I dont need negativity and currently I dont have it in me to deal with it and lift someone up. I do that enough now, I just hope to find someone as light hearted as me and not negative. Possible? Perhaps. We shall see.
