I'm going to bed comfortable and waking up just slightly hungry -- hungry enough for breakfast, which I used to be really bad at. So, I feel like I must be doing something right!

Definitely! I feel like I sleep so much better when I go to bed "comfortable" instead of "so stuffed I can hardly breathe".

Its just interesting -- I realized that I've never really woken up ready for breakfast. That's not right! Clearly I was eating too much to be waking up "still full." Thanks for commenting. :)
