You were 197 when you got sick so you've still got lots of room to adjust to eating again now that you are feeling better. I know it is disheartening but you're really doing very well. 

It was the nutty bar. But seriously, you're probably mega-dehydrated from being sick for that long and it'll probably take a few days for your body to rehydrate properly and get back into balance. And what Odyssey says is true!
