Went for a 6.5k with the neighbour yesterday and while i had energy to burn, my sportbra did me no good as i think my period is around the corner. My chest feels swollen and sore. Good news, however, is that the scale is inching lower again.
On a happier note: two weeks until we go on our cruise to the Barbados! So excited!
