Good luck to you! I'm sure you'll achieve your goal. I have also done what you could call "my own diet" which is not to diet at all but rather, choose healthier foods and to exercise regularly. I have lost 45 lbs. since I started 4 years ago. It has been slow and easy but the good thing is that none of it has come back.
