So....I've added in my weigh-in from the 11th where I started using the scale at the pharmacy, which weighs me considerably heavier than my scale at home. And a week later I'm down 3 lbs. Awesome.

125,2 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0,9 kg. Aún para ir: 43,5 kg. Dieta seguida: Bien.

Perdiendo 1,6 kg a la Semana
