133,3 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 48,9 kg.    Aún para ir: 21,3 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

I love your method of losing.... Hard work in the week and letting lose on the weekends a bit.... Gonna try and see if it works for me.

Thanks, @ lessthan15, its worked for me for a long while now and keeps me motivated and on track. Normal week day eating is 1500 to 1700 cals. On weekends i push it to 2500 to 3000 cals but important is to maintain good water consumption.

Weekdays 110 to 140 Weekends can go up to 180 to 200 Thats why i pick up on the weekend, but drop so quickly cause i store the water but Monday and Tuesday i pee like a race horse.

So my carbs during the week come from veg, yogurt, and all the good ones On weekends, the carbs are from couple of sweets, ice cream, and every month or so a large pizza, a whole baguette 🥖 sliced with nice slices of pure good natural butter on it and that type of stuff. I still stay pretty much clear of rice, pasta, potatos, chips, dough, etc.... those starches kick my ass. If i do have ill have the gluten free option.
