Not sure what happened.
Been keeping calories at a deficit and carbs low.
I have a feeling my period bloating has a lot to do with this though. I also have a fever which has caused me to not move around as much. Oh well being healthy is my main goal so I’ll take the weight loss as it comes 🙂
66,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 6,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 7,7 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
