Sorry what’s wrong? 

Depression and I've drank Bacardi for 3 days trying to get off opiodes. So I've been switching one drug for the other. Now I'm shaking like a leaf. Plus being sick. I need to just grow up 

I'm sorry if I'm too tranparent, I don't mean to offend anyone.  

-to KetoBruce.- I have a friend that OD'd on opioids and died. Please start making at least small changes to help yourself. Maybe a doctor could make it a more do-able task, I don't know. I leave that stuff for pain if and when it gets that bad. Please decide to be content with a much lesser evil. I drank and still do, but not like I used to. I never thought I could drink a light beer, but as the snowball rolls, (my little by little self improvement drive) it picks up more and more; positive attitude and I find myself making more and more positive changes. It feels good. Get up and get rolling man... 

Sorry that is not good. The shaking may be due to the Bacardi. Alcohol can do that and also increase depression. I felt cruddy yesterday after working @ home on Friday and grabbed some beer. Family calling and trapped on the phone until after 11pm. No food and kept drinking beer mindlessly. Beer is gone so no mindless drinking it tomorrow after working from home again.  

This is a tough one Bruce, definitely not a thing you can do on ur own . There are amazing sites online that may be able to help . You can do it . They have place you can go that will direct you. Please feel better soon, iam sorry that I am useless to you.
