Diario de tpharding, 29 mar. 20

I had gained 32lbs during the last year but I have been eating more correctly and am down 2lbs under my goal again. Losing over 100lbs over the past years was a great asset to my health. My diabetes numbers are good and I feel awesome. I'm not bragging by no means; it took me almost 10 years to make it this far in my journey. I used to think that I carried my weight good due to my frame size - NOT! Anyway, you know the old saying, "If I can do it, you can do it!" I still follow everyone and am always proud of your successes. I am working from home during this worldwide crisis we're in and I've been able to eat well and continue on with life. I trust y'all are doing well and maintaining some form of normal in your life. Keeping all of you in our prayers.
