Hi, I've only recently made my profile public because I NEVER share my weight with anyone. Its always been my shame but I'm getting better with the "number" because I am feeling better about myself slowly but surely and my number will not define me anymore. I've been doing Keto since Oct 19 and have been loving how it makes me feel which is in control.
