Alright, that's a brutal gain. I blame PMS but am fully aware that the Halloween candy did NOT help. Back on track 100% today. Since I'm part way through the week and have not been tracking, I don't know how many flex points I've consumed (my guess is tons), so my goal is just to stick to my regular points, and allow myself to eat back exercise points if I need something extra.
Which I don't.
I just need to be smarter about WHAT I'm eating so that I keep points low enough that I don't feel deprived at the end of the day.
