Diario de chispaza, 29 abr. 13

Getting frustrated. Have been working out like crazy for the last couple of weeks and eating well and have gained weight. Ugh.
63,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 14,7 kg.    Aún para ir: 6,8 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
Ganando 0,9 kg a la Semana

I've gained 2.5 pounds, not great when you are trying to lose 15 pounds. I had a couple of off days where I didn't do my morning run but the weight gain is just discouraging. Getting my butt back in gear again today.

Okay Your not gaining weight hunny. Ditch the scale and weight yourself like once a week a morning after working out . This 2 pounds is more than likely water weight. It will go away when you sweat during ur next work out. Also drink more water to flush it out I know it sounds funny but it works. Don't get discoraged chill on the scale urnot gaining unless ur eatting like crazy
