So today I went to sign up for weight watchers. I am tired of having excess weight on me and hoping for a positive change. My main goal now is not to gain anymore weight and to slowly start taking off the weight I put on over the past couple of years. I am very nervous starting this diet since many others have failed me. I got a ton of support this time around and I am eager to get started.
93,0 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0 kg.    Aún para ir: 24,9 kg.    Dieta seguida: No Aplica.

way to go! signing up is half the battle. With all the support you can do anything, just keep a positive outlook, follow the plan and your goals can be obtained!

Yeah... I really wanted to sign up but when it came time to go I kept waiting... took me an extra day just to go in and sign up. I am super excited now thought I feel less tired and always seem full. I didn't know it was possible!
