Well here I am back following this damn plan to the letter and gaining weight. I actually worked out twice every day this week. I think my body just has different values than most everyone else. You would think after this long that it has adjusted to the eating program and my exercise program. According to the calories I burned this week...once again I should have lost 5 pounds.
I am headed to the city tomorrow and I am hoping that I don't get so disgusted that I just give in, thinking, hell I could have been eating lots of good stuff this week that I turned away and gained a pound and half.
GOD.. I HATE THE BODY CHEMISTRY OF THE OLDER WOMEN! That is the only thing I can blame this on and as I read some others journals..I realize that a lot more folks go through this than me...I just hope I can figure out how to come out on the other side.
