This is rather concerning, I'm not sure what I did for it to go up like it did. But it will go back down, I'll make it! :)
103,4 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 3,2 kg.    Aún para ir: 12,7 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

I always seem to gain the day after a workout so that may be it as well.

Weight fluctuates for many reasons even when you're doing everything right. I'm up right now and I know I'm not over my RDI (recommended daily intake). Just stick with your program and be patient, it will happen. Remember, this is not a sprint, it is a marathon. Good luck on your journey. 🌈

It could be from a lot of things. Eat something salty? scallops or jerky? Drink a lot of water late or in the middle of the night. You have a wacky schedule and did not eat at normal time or get enough sleep , didn't weigh yourself first thing in the am, forgot to take you BP meds? If you go to a cardiologist you may want to give (s)he a call.

Don’t feel too bad we are in the same boat I don’t know what to do anymore now I have more weight to lose to reach my goal 😭

It's ok Makachoune, we have to stay determined and keep working at it. We'll get there! Like ShirFleur said, it's not a sprint, but a marathon :)
