Ugh, no weightloss. This week is a no eating out week, so we will see of that helps. I wonder if my body is in starvation mode? If it is, it needs to eat my fat stores. after inputting my food for yesterday, no wonder I havent lost any weight! If I did, I put it all back in my mouth yesterday. Lession learned. No more pizza binges. No more pizza-- for a while.
