crud. typical i'm sure - got away from my routine 1.5 months ago - never got back to it. here, let's try again.
The last 2 weeks I have been less strict with myself. I just did a 2 week 'fiber/milk thistle' detox program, & stopped taking an antidepressant I've been on for a few years (did a lot of research, & replaced it with natural supplements). (Btw, don't quit on your own ~ I have a network of people who are aware I'm making this change).
I've had house guests off & on for months(living room my recent bedroom), and I'm still unemployed.
Just now, I'm back to feeling able to resume my diet/exercise program again. I feel like a fool for taking FS for granted (journal, diet calendar, weigh in)... I need the structure & support:).
