I have now joined Curves and have a walking partner, 3xweek for 2.0 miles. At my visit with my doctor today, he noticed my face is thinner so evidently I am gaining more muscle! We were both happy with the progress. I still need to be more consistent with the diet and stay away from sweets. A big huge problem for me!
