You really can do it! Changing your weight is within your power when sometimes little else is. I'm wishing you the best! There is so much help and support here, and if you are ready, you absolutely can have success!  

You've come to the perfect place. I'm glad I saw your post. This journey is very mental: motivation, perseverance, emotions, getting back up every timne you fail, learning that failure is part of the success, starting committed, being patient and savvy. you got this. I've learned so much by being in the FS community. I know tooty will too.
