i stepped on the scale this morning i guess i didn't gain the two pounds that i thought. :) so thats good news. now my new goal for this week is still 3 pounds so i am hoping to be 167 and thats a BIG deal to me. hehe

Good Job - Glad you didn't gain! I was looking at your food and I really think you should add some veggies into your diet - for one they are mostly 0-1 points and you can really get full. It looks like you could be hungry a lot based on your journal. But also, they are good for you and you really need to eat healthy for your overall health.

Thanks Shelly! You are right i need to ad the veges in. I should realize not eating right is just as bad as overeating. sometimes its easier to not eat at all then to eat right. strange as that may sound.
