Hey. Saw your journal entry pop up because we are both on Weight Watchers. Dont get discouraged. Try doing something small every day to get you used to the routine. Like every morning when you wake up do 10 push ups. They are simple and fast and just doing those 10 push ups will motivate you to want to do more later. I dunno. I just started about a week ago doing mine and it motivated me to start working out and eating better. I mean what excuse can i come up with for not doing 10 push ups a day? none. Good luck!!
