Diario de fatfreeme, 18 dic. 08

I did it!!! my goal for the week 167!!!! woohooo and its not even saturday yet. maybe i can get to 165 by the weekend! it just amazes me that i am losing weight even though i am eating basically what i want. I almost didn't eat my pasta last night cause my old thinking was if i ate pasta i probably wouldn't see any weight loss on the scale. i suppose if i didn't exercise maybe it would have stayed the same. but i feel sooo alive since i started exercising. I am looking forward to an ab workout today.
75,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 1,4 kg.    Aún para ir: 5,4 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Great Job! Really the only time I don't eat pasta is the night before my weigh in -not because it will make you gain- but because it sticks around a little longer than I want it too! Exercise is really important! I am so glad you are seeing that it can work. Great Job!

Yes. Thanks so much for inspiring me. I learned alot from you and analyzing what you are doing. I bought the m&m's 100 calorie pack and i was able to control myself and only have one. I want to be able to retrain myself and not be so compulsive. :)
