Oh! Don't fret, dear! You've been working hard, so you can be proud! There are so many reasons a pound of "weight" shows up, and when you are keeping your calories in check, it isn't fat! Drink a big glass of water. That's a pound! Work out hard. That is an easy pound of water retention in your muscles, eat something later at night. For sure it will show up the next day on the scale... It is still being digested! Then there is then possible extra salt a person had that needs to be flushed! Hang tight! You'll be OK... Just follow your plan, change it here and there as needed, and you will be fine!
