Workouts 76/1/5/27/6.5 for 2020/June at Gym/June/Pandemic/PT.
First workout at gym this morning since pandemic. Good sweat. 426 consecutive jumps on rope w no misses in 3 minutes. I still got it! Yes, bragging. Yes, excited to workout again. I literally had a bounce in my step running up the steps to get ready to workout. 1.5 PT over the weekend. Trainer said it had been a slower than the old days morning.

Add the .5 PT to total workouts later, when 1 or greater.
110,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0 kg.    Aún para ir: 1,8 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
