guy am I doing right pls tell me!
I am eating around 1500 calories per day and by workout I am burning around 250 cals.is this right to lose weight or should I do something else!

First you have to calculate your RDI, then one could use that to determine daily calorie intake and exercises for fat loss

nope!! On an average, you should take 700-800 calories a day and do cardio 40 minutes and walk for 1 hour. Drinking black coffee before a workout and fresh Aloevera juice in the morning. 5-7 almonds and 2tsp gheee♥️

Ok so I know I will lose weight with this faster bt it won't be that sastainable.so I calculated my BMR it says that I should eat 1400-1500 cal to lose weight 1kg in per week so I am following that.so that I could sastain the healthy and

You follow a permanent diet. That means eating less and eating less carbohydrates and exercising every day, your weight will never increase. Because we all eat more food once or twice in a week, so that our average food will be 1400-1500 calories per week.

Weigh loss takes time. Give yourself a month before you see any results. Check your daily RDI requirement and workout. Eating too less calories will come back immediately once you stop dieting

Keep yourself in a calorie deficit. See that calories out- calories in = deficit . Put your exercise details and sleeping hours in the app and check if there is a deficit . To burn one 1kg you need to burn 3500 calories. So if you keep a deficit of 500 then you can lose 1kg per week .
