Today ends this 2nd ReStart program. I have lost a total of 25.6 lbs. I'm going to continue to log, IF and stay away from processed and simple carbs!! I am now down below where my Surgeon wants for my upcoming skin removal surgery!!!

Your bio is quite a story! Good luck with your skin removal. At least 3 times a day I pull back the fat on my arm and dream of it being gone. ;)
